Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 01:54PM Horse goes to the West Yorkshire Playhouse for the Transform Festival, it plays unplugged in the bar bringing it up close and stable like to the audience. Later Flick comperes the cabaret with John Nicholson from Peepolykus and also playing are the fabulous Wau Wau Sisters. Keep watching for updates!

Friday, September 10, 2010 at 08:59AM To mark their 30th Anniversary, Bristol based company Desperate men will be holding The Festival of Desperation from October 15th to 17th, celebrating all things Desperate!
The Festival of Desperation will include events, installations and an exhibition, as well as ‘Acts of Desperation (Bristol)’, a programme for new and emerging outdoor artists.
HORSE will be performed on the 17th October. More information to follow...
Monday, May 31, 2010 at 08:05AM After a two day drive through five different country's we arrive to an impossibly beautiful city, Prague. Each step has been nothing but easy. Wonderful technicians, easy people with a willingness to help.
Feeling a bit old in the festival club but in very good company. So brilliant to see groups of people all passionate about theatre and making it. Always a pleasure to be amongst the devised theatre world! Say no more!

Horse-Easily the highlight of the festival's first evening, Flick Ferdinando's ingenious show weaves together aspects of slapstick, cabaret, physical theatre and, well, her own refracted soul. Simultaneously a celebration and an evisceration of all things equine, Ferdinando takes her sweet time conveying the gist of her various routines, but she earns the audience's trust quickly enough to compensate. Like the spaghetti westerns from which she borrows much of her soundscape, half the fun is waiting out the mounting tension and intensity (Divadlo Na Prádle, May 29-June 5 at 9).
